Does drinking a latte increase cavities?

Living in Seattle, you can find a coffee shop (or five) on every block. I know I can't leave the house without my caffeine. If you are like many individuals, you order more than just a cup of black coffee. Maybe you add creamer or go for a really sugary version of that caffeinated beverage. Some patients, who have always had great teeth, have found themselves worried about an increase in cavities.
